I can't believe it is here already, Labor Day. Back to school in this neck of the woods this week too. I have made an easy and inexpensive menu plan for this week. Here it is....
Fri: Pizza, bought from the store fresh.
Sat: Steaks and baked potatoes
Sun: Hamburgers and green beans
Mon: Hot dogs and gourmet potatoes with strawberry nilla dessert
Tues: Friendship casserole
Wed: Homemade chicken noodle soup and fresh baked bread
Thurs: CORN clean out refrigerator night

ReplyDeleteIt is a casserole that is a cross between lasagna and spaghetti. The recipe makes 2 dinners worth. I can post the recipe if you like I just got it off the internet. Thanks for asking!
